Sanctuary: The Power of Resonance and Ritual is the Silkroad Ensemble’s latest flagship program led by Artistic Director Rhiannon Giddens, exploring how music helps us process change, loss, and rebuild human connection. Blending global musical traditions—from Moroccan Gnawa and Indian classical to Sicilian folk and American old-time—the performance invites audiences to participate in a communal, immersive experience rather than observe passively.
