Marie Blachère, founded in 2004 in Provence, France by entrepreneur Bernard Blachère. In 2019, they made their US debut and opened two New York locations in Greenwich Village, Manhattan and Great Neck, Long Island. Offerings include authentic French pastries, tarts and bread, baked on-site fresh daily.
