Sun, Sand, and Superstars: 2025 Summer Concerts at Jones Beach

It’s not summer on Long Island without spending the day at the beach followed by enjoying a show under the stars at the 15,000-seat Northwell at Jones Beach Theater.

This year’s nostalgia-filled lineup is a mix of alt-rock bands, ‘90s hitmakers, country stars, and musical legends like the Beach Boys, Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, and Neil Young. So, be sure to grab tickets before they sell out.

Country star and “American Idol” judge Luke Bryan kicks off the season with his “The Country Song Came On” tour. Special guests include George Birge, Avery Anna, Drake Milligan, and DJ Rock.

June 1

Alt-pop princess Halsey will take the stage to promote her fifth studio album “The Great Impersonator.” The singer-songwriter will be joined by pop band Alvvays and singer Hope Tala.

June 11

Sing along to favorites like “Crash Into Me” and “Ants Marching” as you relive the ‘90s with the Dave Matthews Band. This is the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers 33rd national tour since 1991. 

June 13

On Friday the 13th, Scottish band Simple Minds will ring in the 40th anniversary of their popular album “Once Upon a Time.” The band, best known for their hit “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” featured on ‘80s cult classic movie “The Breakfast Club”, will be joined by pop duo Soft Cell and new wave band Modern English.

June 14

Aussie country crooner Keith Urban, who’s won four Grammy’s and more than a dozen Country Music awards (in addition to the honor of being Nicole Kidman’s husband), will be joined by country newcomers Chase Matthew, Alana Springsteen, and Karley Scott Collins

June 29

Catch ‘90s rock band the Counting Crows perform favorites like “Mr. Jones” and “Round Here.” The Crows will be joined by rock band The Gaslight Anthem

July 5

Take a trip back in time and enjoy the long July 4th weekend with iconic California rockers the Beach Boys. The band, which produced a long list of hits in the ‘60s, has become synonymous with summer. The tour follows Beach Boys lead singer Mike Love’s induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

July 11

Bring the whole family to see Kidz Bop. The high-energy, pint-sized musical group will perform kid-friendly versions of popular pop songs.

July 12

Country singer and songwriter Thomas Rhett will make a stop at Jones Beach for his “Better in Boots” tour. The country hitmaker will be joined by special guests country singer Tucker Wetmore and country-pop artist Dasha.

July 15

Let grunge band Creed and rocker Daughtry bring you back to the ‘90s on the “Summer of ’99” tour. They will be joined by Mammoth WVH.

July 19

Eighties icon Cyndi Lauper will stop at Jones Beach for her “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell” tour. Don’t miss your chance to see this legendary artist. 

July 20

The “Summer of Loud” tour is billing itself as the metalcore show of the summer. Metal bands like Killswitch Engage, Beartooth, Parkway Drive, and I Prevail will play.

July 23

Boy band Big Time Rush will perform the songs from their Nickelodeon TV series of the same name. Other stars from the show, which ran from 2009 to 2013, will join them on stage.

July 26

Calling all metal heads. Nineties heavy metal band Pantera, known for “Cowboys from Hell” will perform at Jones Beach joined by Swedish heavy metal band Amon Amarth.

July 27

It’s getting hot in here. Headliner Nelly honors the 25th anniversary of his debut album “Country Grammar” at the “Where the Party At” tour. Rappers Ja Rule and Eve, who dominated the charts in the early 2000s, will share the stage.

July 31

Bask in the nostalgia of ‘90s alt-rock bands Live, Collective Soul, Our Lady Peace. The band will be joined by singer-songwriter Greylin James Rue.

Aug. 1

Musical icons Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan will commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Outlaw Music Fest at this can’t-miss performance. Get your tickets before they sell out.

Aug. 2

Alternative rock royalty the Goo Goo Dolls, which released hits like “Iris” and “Name” in the ‘90s, will perform with early 2000s rock band Dashboard Confessional.

Aug. 3

Punk rockers The Offspring, whose songs “The Kids Aren’t Alright” and “Pretty Fly (for a White Guy)” took over the airwaves in the were in the late ‘90s, will be joined by Jimmy Eat World and New Found Glory.

Aug. 8

Indie band AJR, best known for hits like “Way Less Sad” and “Burn the House Down”, performs with artists Chelsea Cutler, Goth Babe, Valley, and Madilyn Mei.

Aug. 10

Beloved yacht rockers the Doobie Brothers will be celebrating the release of their new album “Walk This Road.” The hitmakers, known for ‘70s classics like “Listen to the Music”, will be joined by the Coral Reefer Band. The Coral Reefer Band performed with the late Jimmy Buffet.

Aug. 23

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts will make a stop at Jones Beach as part of their “Love Earth” tour.

Aug. 24

Rock out to the ‘70s hitmakers the Steve Miller Band. The rock band will be joined by ‘60s chart toppers The Rascals.

Sept. 13

Closing out the season are rock bands Papa Roach and Rise Against. Both bands are celebrating their 25th anniversaries, from Papa Roach’s debut album, and the formation of Rise Against.
